Nomad Yarns stocks an expansive range of yarns and raw fibres as well as knitting, crochet, spinning and felting accesories. We’re always willing to help with any project problems and offer a range of classes and private lessons.

Thursday night knit and crochet club

Join us on Thursday nights from 6pm – 9pm for our knit and crochet (and spinning, tatting, beading, or other crafting) night. We’ve a casual bunch, just bring your project and yourself and come on down. There’s a wide range of experience levels, from brand newbies who hardly know which way up the needles go to crafters with 40+ years of experience, so don’t be afraid to stop by. No charge and we often have snacks :)

Super Bowl Celebration Feb 2-5

Join us to celebrate the Super Bowl in yarn!  The shop will be having football themed events all day from Thurs Feb 2 to Sun Feb 5th.  Refreshments, themed knitwear, team colored scarves, football themed giveaways and more!  Come see for yourself.

Make 'n Take team pins - Create a wearable work of art in your team colors to wear on the big day!  $5 fee covers all materials, project will take an hour or less and requires no previous crafting experience.
